Here's how to boost your immunity naturally!
Serves 1
3 oranges (peeled)
3 carrots (scrubbed)
2 inch piece of ginger
If using a juicer simply put everything in and juice away. Depending on your juicer you may or may not need to peel the orange.
If you don’t have a juicer don’t worry it’s still easy. Add the peeled orange, carrot and ginger into a blender until it resembles a smoothie. Using a mesh strainer, strain the juice into a glass bowl. Use the back of a spoon to press the pulp and squeeze the juice out. Pour into a pitcher and chill for about 30 mins before drinking (or consume within 24 hours).
