RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We have been informed by our courier partners that typical return times are being extended due to the impact of COVID-19. Extra safety measures including quarantining of incoming packages and increased social distancing with a lower staff ratio are contributing to this fact. Please be patient if your return takes a little longer to be processed.

We love our products with a passion and we hope you do too but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer you a full refund or exchange provided you can show us proof of purchase, the products are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. 

To exercise your right to cancellation you must give us written notice within 14 days of recieving the product by writing to us or emailing us giving details  of the goods ordered. All contact details are below.

Please be aware that you are responsible for return costs (unless we sent an item in error or it was damaged when it was delivered to you). You must ensure that the product is not damaged while in your possession or in transit when returning to us.

Once the item has been recieved in an acceptable condition, we will refund or credit you within 30 working days for any sum you have paid. 

Please Note that due to health and safety reasons we cannot offer a refund on items that have been opened  or used.
